Teaching the First Principles of the Faith**

Description: 

This seminar introduces participants to basic ideas and resources for church-based theological education.  These include consideration of the didache (the apostles’ teaching), biblical theology, a consistent study process, Socratic discussion, and portfolio assessment. 

 

**This seminar is part of the initial certification of leaders of Antioch School programs, but it could be available to others also.  Attendance would be limited to 15 because of the Socratic discussion orientation of the seminar.  Participants would receive copies of the BILD International booklets on “Teaching the First Principles” and “Becoming a Disciple.”
