Campus Layout and Sponsor / Exhibitor Locations All 2300+ attendees will be together in the main auditorium for the four main plenary sessions. Most people will enter the auditorium via the the hallway between A and C and the C area. There are 7 main tracks in the conference each with 7 - one hour sessions spread throughout the conference. The Pre-launch track is in Henry Chapel, the post launch and Missional tracks are in Faith Hall, the Reproducing Churches track is in the main auditorium, and the Spouses, Ethnic and Nuts/Bolts tracks are in the remaining classrooms. The Catalyst Courtyard is in the outyard courtyard. Faith Hall will be a destination place as snacks and drinks will be served there. Areas A, B, C, and D become the "hubs" of where most attendees traverse. Sponsors will be located in all these areas. Registration will be in area C. Most attendees will park and enter via Welcome Center A or B.

Area A (Known as Welcome Center A) - Attendees pass through this main lobby to get to the pre-launch track in Henry Chapel, to get to the Ethnic track, and to get to most breakout sessions in the Nuts/Bolts Track. The seat next to the window in booths 19 and 20 will be removed. The motorized wheelchairs in booth 19 and the display in booth 23 will be removed. The permanent counters in booths 24, 25 and 26 will serve as the tables for these booths. All booths in this area have electrical power and are a minimum of 10 ft wide. There is wireless internet access in welcome center A but we can make no guarantees about bandwidth or availability. For 100% guaranteed internet you may want to consider obtaining a wireless modem via your cell phone provider. |

The area at the other end of this picture is the C area. Most people will enter the auditorium through one of the doors on the right side of this hallway or through the main doors in the C area (see pictures below). |
Area C (known as Northex) - Conference registration / check-in will happen in area C. Many of the attendees will enter the main auditorium through the doors located in Area C. The picture in booth 29, the pew in booth 28, the miscellaneous items in booth 31, the table and chair in booth 32, and the furniture in booths 33 and 34 will be removed. Booth 30a is to the left of the column on the left side of booth 30. All booths except 29 and 32 have electricity. The area is suppose to have wireless internet but we can make no guarantees on bandwidth or availability. Area D - Main Lobby of Faith Hall - A long, wide hallway runs along Faith Hall. Sponsor booths will line both sides of this main cooridor. Attendees will come through this hallway to get to the Lakeside room where food is located (destination place during breaks) and to go to the post-launch track. All booths in this area have electrical power and are 8 ft wide. There is wireless internet access but we can make no guarantees about bandwidth or availability. For 100% guaranteed internet you may want to consider obtaining a wireless modem via your cell phone provider. Flags, benches, ropes and round tables will be removed from all booths. Each booth is 8 feet wide (plus the width of the column) (i.e. there is about 16 feet between the columns). Booths can come out approximately 6 feet from the windows / walls. |

Lakeside (Catalyst Cafe) - in Faith Hall - Snacks and live entertainment The pictures below show the room split into 2 rooms. The actual configuration will be one large room. Outside through the glass doors will be a coffee bar. Inside the room will be a connecting center with round tables, a stage area, and live entertainment by Catalyst (including interviews with conference leaders, etc). There are large ceiling projection screens in 2 of the 4 corners of the room. Snacks and Wednesday's lunch will be served from within this room. The Missional Track will be held in this room.

| Courtyard - the outdoor green space will provide a place for attendees to get some air during breaks. The walkway at the far end of the picture below goes from area A to Faith Hall. The area from where the picture is being taken is a walkway between Faith Hall and area C. The courtyard is in the area between Faith Hall and the main auditorium. As shown on the picture above, areas A, C and D form a triangle around the courtyard. | |
