Main Conference Rates

The Exponential Main Conference begins Tuesday, April 24, 2012 through Noon, Thursday, April 26, 2012. The Early Bird Price Breaks are:

12/2/2011	$179/$99
2/17/2012	$199/$99
3/30/2012	$249/$99

NOTE: price breaks are for planter/spouse rates

Walk-up registration available:
Monday, April 23, 9am - 1pm and Tuesday, April 24, 9am - 1pm

Pre-conference Intensive Rate - $59

Attend a Pre-Conference Intensive Monday, April 23, at 1pm through Tuesday, April 24 at 12 pm. With over 15 Pre-Conference Intensives, there is one that addresses your needs as a church planter.

Food

Registration fees include snacks but not lunch. Attendees can pre-purchase lunch via the online registration or can go off-site for lunch. On-site lunch options each of 3 days, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, include either a veggie or meat sandwich, including drink, chips & desert. Lunches MUST BE pre-purchased during the registration process and will be added to the cost of registration. This option is provided as a convenience to attendees to avoid going off-site for lunch and appears at registration via drop-down windows.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are refundable (less a $50 per person administrative fee) through March 1, 2012 and are non-refundable after March 1, 2012.

Bring Your Group
Every year, Denominations, Networks & Organizations attend Exponential as a Group. Some Groups are small, 10-30 people, while some bring up to 250 people. Click on the image to learn more about the benefits of attending as a Group.
