The FBC campus is ideally suited for the conference. From a 6500 seat auditorium to on-site food services, FBC is the perfect host. Their passion for serving the Body of Christ and supporting church planting will be evident to everyone who attends the conference. The campus is conveniently located about 12 miles from the Orlando International Airport, 12 miles from Disney, and just a few miles from a large selection of hotels and restaurants.

LODGING

FAQs


WILL THE 2012 CONFERENCE BE RECORDED?

Yes, please allow time following the 2012 conference for conference staff to review the recordings for quality and prepare them for upload. Some sessions may not be available due to copyright issues or speaker contract agreements.

CAN I GET PODCASTS/DVDs/CDs OF PREVIOUS CONFERENCE SESSIONS?

Many sessions are available as free podcasts; no DVDs or CDs are sold, but you will find the free podcasts in the podcast section of this website or through ITunes. We recommend checking back regularly or subscribing to automatic downloads.

HOW MANY PRE-CONFERENCE INTENSIVES CAN I ATTEND?

One. If you register to attend a Pre-Conference Intensive, you will begin the session on Tuesday afternoon and conclude on Wednesday morning.

HOW DO THE MAIN CONFERENCE WORKSHOP TRACKS WORK?

This year Exponential is offering workshop tracks during the Main Conference for the new church life stage you are in (pre-launch, post-launch, movements, missional churches, multi-ethnic planting, multi-site) as well as for your role in church planting. PLAN YOUR TIME AS YOU SEE FIT and then check out other sessions via podcast later! You are not bound by a particular track during the Main Conference. First come, first seated!

WILL THERE BE CHILD CARE AT THE CONFERENCE?

We're sorry, but no. For a variety of reasons the conference is simply unable to offer child care services nor can we offer a list of recommended child care providers in Orlando.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION OR SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE?

No, the conference does not provide shuttle services or transportation. However, if you are seeking transportation to or from the airport, your hotel, and the conference site, we recommend checking with your hotel to see if either they offer that service or know of someone who does.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you find it necessary to cancel a registration, please know that we are truly sorry you will not be able to join us for The 2012 Exponential Conference.

Prior to March 1st, cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. Beginning March 1st, registrations are fully non-refundable. However, you may substitute another attendee in an existing registration at no cost. If you cannot attend and need to cancel your registration, it may be beneficial to see if someone else on your team, or in your network or organization has decided to attend, then contact the conference to request a substitution. While we can process the registration changes, any payment reimbursements or arrangements would be solely between you and the new attendee.

I REALLY WANT TO NETWORK WITH PEOPLE. CAN I FIND OUT WHO IS COMING?

Networking is one of the great benefits of attending the Exponential Conference each year. Due to our privacy policy, we cannot provide attendees' personal or church information. There will be many opportunities for networking during the conference though. If you are affiliated with a group, organization or network, please watch our Groups page for networking opportunities.
