Leaders and the Early Church**

Description: 

This seminar uses the church at Antioch as a model from which we can build contemporary strategies for leadership development.  It deals with the various terms, concepts, and criteria in the New Testament associated with church leadership.  It culminates with the designing of training and assessment programs to develop leaders for the church of the 21st century. 

**This seminar is a requirement for ongoing certification of leaders of Antioch School programs, but could be available to others also.  Attendance would be limited to 15 because of the Socratic discussion orientation of the seminar.  Participants would receive excerpts of the BILD International course on “Leaders and the Early Church.”
