Ministry leaders today have settled for photocopied vision and over-programmed strategies. In Church Unique, you will first learn how to navigate out of the “unoriginal sin” that of most of our “vision” work produces today (church conferencing, outdated strategic planning, church growth methodology, etc.). Then, you will gain new insights that equip you to lead with unprecedented clarity, answering questions like, “What can our church do better than 10,000 others?” “What is the best model for communicating vision?” and “How do we deliver vision daily as a leadership team?”
