Description: This pre-conference intensive is designed as a highly engaging and interactive discussion around the issue of your church's use of attractional or incarnational methods to reach people for Christ. For many, this is a hotly debated topic that is a clear cut value-based, "either/or issue." For others, it is a "whatever works best" issue. Is it possible that it can be a "both/and" issue?

We wondered what could happen if we brought some top leaders from both sides of the spectrum, who are known for their expertise and experience, to engage in a multi-round forum that is a collaborative learning experience for all. This track will give participants the opportunity to interact with one another and the speakers in a dialogue. We will create a learning platform with plenty of opportunity to engage in a healthy debate, seeking to understand and learn from one another. This track will require all participants to come with a learning posture, eager to broaden their understanding of these issues.
